Hello everyone, Happy Thursday! I have something to share with you today I'm so excited about. My kids LOOOOOVE them and so do I!!It's so important to me that I can make fun, healthy snacks my munchkins enjoy! I got this recipe elsewhere, but have made some improved changes to it.
Chia seed energy bites: 1 cup of plain oats 1/2 of a 1/4 (1/8) cup of pure raw local honey 1/4 cup of all natural peanut butter 2 full Tbs of chia seeds 1/4 tsp of vanilla Combine ingredients and stick in the refrigerator for about 20 min to harden a bit. Then roll into balls to enjoy. Additional optional add ins: coconut flakes choc chips raisins craisins
